Shipping Policy

If in stock, items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock we will notify you on the future shipment information. If an item is no longer available, we will notify you immediately. In the event that your order is time sensitive, please contact us so that special arrangements can be made.

Return Policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied, please return items within 7 days from date of purchase in original condition with all packaging intact, items must be unworn and we will be happy to exchange your purchase or refund your credit.  Returns must be authorized (*please call or email for authorization number) and postmarked within seven business days after purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ALL sale items are final. If there is a defect or damage to your order please contact us immediately (*within 5 days of receipt) to resolve this issue. Please enclose a copy of your original receipt so that we may know how to credit your account. Please ship any returns with sufficient insurance. Wild Hearted Cowgirls cannot be responsible for returned items which have been lost in shipping and cannot issue refunds or lost items.
